Been drinking Gurmar leaf tea on and off for a few months or more now and it does actually cause the effects described. I don’t crave sugary foods especially when I’m on my period thats usually the time when I would crave something like chocolate but I havent been experiencing refined sugar cravings while drinking Gurmar. I’ve just been eating extra fruit than I used to.
